What Is There To Say?
She came in through the bathroom window

But now she sucks her thumb and wanders
By the banks of her own lagoon

Tuesday's on the phone to me
"She Came In Through the Bathroom Window" the Beatles from their 1969 album Abbey Road. Written by Paul McCartney and credited to Lennon–McCartney.
McCartney said the song was inspired by Apple scruffs (dedicated fans who hung around outside the Abbey Road studio, the Apple Corps offices, and the individual homes of the Beatles), who broke into McCartney's St John's Wood home. Diane Ashley says: "We were bored, he was out and so we decided to pay him a visit. We found a ladder in his garden and stuck it up at the bathroom window which he'd left slightly open. I was the one who climbed up and got in." She then opened the front door to let the others in. The scruffs also stole a number of photographs in addition to clothes. Another Apple scruff, Margo Bird, remembers being good friends with McCartney – she would often take his dog for walks – and later got a job at Apple Corps. She says that she was asked to retrieve a photograph of his father Jim, which she did.
She came in through the bathroom window
Protected by a silver spoon 「
But now she sucks her thumb and wanders 「
By the banks of her own lagoon 「銀行にも見放されてる」 (ええとこのお嬢だったときは銀行(bank)もいい顔をしていたけれど、今彼女は沼のほとり(bank)に住んでいる、というので銀行にも見放されていると訳しました)
Didn't anybody tell her?
Didn't anybody see?
Sunday's on the phone to Monday 「日曜が月曜に告げ口し」 ("A is on the phone to B"はAがBに電話で話しているということでしょう?)
Tuesday's on the phone to me
She said she'd always been a dancer 「
She worked at fifteen clubs a day 「日に15軒もクラブを掛け持ちよ」
And though she thought I knew the answer 「
Well, I knew what I could not say
And so I quit the police department
And though she tried her best to help me 「彼女は精一杯僕の役に立とうとしたけど」 (音楽活動はボロ儲けのヤクザな稼業だが、ポールの家に忍び込んで盗みをするのも同じような「盗み」行為じゃないかと)
She could steal but she could not rob 「
Didn't anybody tell her?
Didn'tanybody see?

The Girl from Ipanema
Marcus Vinícius da Cruz e Mello Moraes
Antônio Carlos Brasileiro de Almeida Jobim
Tall and tanned and young and lovely"はモラリスの歌詞をノーマン・ギンベルが英語に置き換えたもので、イパネマの海岸を若い女性が軽やかに歩く様子が歌詞の音感から伝わってきますし、アストラッドのつたない英語の発音が渚を歩く少女のうぶな感じを引き立てているように思います。
The Girl From Ipanema" Lyrics May Not Mean What You Think(イパネマの娘の歌詞はあなたが思っていたようなものではないかもしれない)としてギンベル自身の以下の発言を取り上げていました。
"It's the oldest story in the world... The beautiful girl goes by, and men pop out of manholes and fall out of trees and are whistling and going nuts, and she just keeps going by. That's universal."

I'm gonna laugh you right out of my life"が耳についてはなれない。
I'm gonna laugh you right out of my life,
Laugh, and forget this affair
Guess I was foolish
To care.
So I'm gonna dance you right out of my dreams,
Try to be carefree and gay
I guess I'll learn to play
The part.
1. "The single most important component of a camera is the twelve inches behind it."
2. "You don’t take a photograph, you make it."

4. "To photograph truthfully and effectively is to see beneath the surfaces."
5. "A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense, and is, thereby, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety."
6. "A photograph is usually looked at – seldom looked into."
7. "Photography is more than a medium for factual communication of ideas. It is a creative art."
8. "No man has the right to dictate what other men should perceive, create or produce, but all should be encouraged to reveal themselves, their perceptions and emotions, and to build confidence in the creative spirit."
9. "We must remember that a photograph can hold just as much as we put into it, and no one has ever approached the full possibilities of the medium."
10. "Photography, as a powerful medium…offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution."
11. "There’s nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept."
12. "The sheer ease with which we can produce a superficial image often leads to creative disaster."
13. "Twelve significant photographs in any one year is a good crop."
14. "Landscape photography is the supreme test of the photographer, and often the supreme disappointment."
15. "Sometimes I do get to places just when God’s ready to have somebody click the shutter."
16. "The negative is the equivalent of the composer’s score, and the print the performance."
17. "Dodging and burning are steps to take care of mistakes God made in establishing tonal relationships.”
18. "A true photograph need not be explained, nor can it be contained in words.”
19. "When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence."

“Let us be lovers, we’ll marry our fortunes together
I’ve got some real estate here in my bag”
So we bought a pack of cigarettes and Mrs. Wagner’s pies
And walked off to look for America
“Kathy,” I said, as we boarded a Greyhound in Pittsburgh
“Michigan seems like a dream to me now
It took me four days to hitch-hike from Saginaw
I’ve come to look for America”
“Toss me a cigarette, I think there’s one in my raincoat”
“We smoked the last one an hour ago”
So I looked at the scenery, she read her magazine
And the moon rose over an open field
“Kathy, I’m lost,” I said, thought I knew she was sleeping.
“I’m empty and aching and I don’t know why”
Counting the cars on the New Jersey Turnpike
They’ve all come to look for America
All come to look for America
All come to look for America
The Naming of Cats is a difficult matter,
It isn't just one of your holiday games;
You may think at first I'm as mad as a hatter
When I tell you, a cat must have THREE DIFFERENT NAMES.
First of all, there's the name that the family use daily,
Such as Peter, Augustus, Alonzo or James,
Such as Victor or Jonathan, George or Bill Bailey—
All of them sensible everyday names.
There are fancier names if you think they sound sweeter,
Some for the gentlemen, some for the dames:
Such as Plato, Admetus, Electra, Demeter—
But all of them sensible everyday names.
But I tell you, a cat needs a name that's particular,
A name that's peculiar, and more dignified,
Else how can he keep up his tail perpendicular,
Or spread out his whiskers, or cherish his pride?
Of names of this kind, I can give you a quorum,
Such as Munkustrap, Quaxo, or Coricopat,
Such as Bombalurina, or else Jellylorum-
Names that never belong to more than one cat.
But above and beyond there's still one name left over,
And that is the name that you never will guess;
The name that no human research can discover—
But THE CAT HIMSELF KNOWS, and will never confess.
When you notice a cat in profound meditation,
The reason, I tell you, is always the same:
His mind is engaged in a rapt contemplation
Of the thought, of the thought, of the thought of his name:
His ineffable effable
Effanineffable
Deep and inscrutable singular Name.
I met my old lover
On a street last night
She seemed so glad to see me
I just smiled
And we talked about some old times
And we drank ourselves some beers
Still crazy afler all these years
Oh, still crazy after all these years
I'm not the kind of man
Who tends to socialize
I seem to lean on
Old familiar ways
And I ain't no fool for love songs
That whisper in my ears
Still crazy afler all these years
Oh, still crazy after all these years
Now I sit by my window
And I watch the cars
I fear I'll do some damage
One fine day
But I would not be convicted
By a jury of my peers
Still crazy after all these years
Oh, still crazy
Still crazy
Still crazy after all these years
Every Day She Takes A Morning Bath To Wet Her Hair,
Wraps A Towel 'round Her
As She's Heading For The Bedroom Chair,
It's Just Another Day.
Slipping Into Stockings,
Stepping Into Shoes,
Dipping In The Pocket Of Her Raincoat.
It's Just Another Day.
At The Office Where The Papers Grow She Takes A Break,
Drinks Another Coffee
And She Finds It Hard To Stay Awake,
It's Just Another Day. Du Du Du Du Du
It's Just Another Day. Du Du Du Du Du
It's Just Another Day.
So Sad, So Sad,
Sometimes She Feels So Sad.
Alone In Her Apartment She'd Dwell,
Till The Man Of Her Dreams Comes To Break The Spell.
Ah, Stay, Don't Stand Her Up
And He Comes And He Stays
But He Leaves The Next Day,
So Sad.
Sometimes She Feels So Sad.
As She Posts Another Letter To The Sound Of Five,
People Gather 'Round Her
And She Finds It Hard To Stay Alive,
It's Just Another Day. Du Du Du Du Du
It's Just Another Day. Du Du Du Du Du
It's Just Another Day.
So Sad, So Sad,
Sometimes She Feels So Sad.
Alone In Her Apartment She'd Dwell,

Who knows how long I've loved you
You know I love you still
Will I wait a lonely lifetime
If you want me to, I will
For if I ever saw you
I didn't catch your name
But it never really mattered
I will always feel the same
Love you forever and forever
Love you with all my heart
Love you whenever we're together
Love you when we're apart
And when at last I find you
Your song will fill the air
Sing it loud so I can hear you
Make it easy to be near you
For the things you do endear you to me
Ah, you know I will
I will
Close the window, calm the light
And it will be all right
No need to bother now
Let it out. let it all begin
All's forgotten now
We're all alone, we're all alone
Close the window, calm the light
And it will be all right
No need to bother now
Let it out. let it all begin
Throw it to the wind, my love
Hold me dear
All's forgotten now, my love
We're all alone
"We're All Alone" song written by Boz Scaggs 1976
Boz ScaggsのAORの名曲 We are all alone です。
I'd rather leave while I'm in loveを訳したあとで
I'd rather leave while I'm in love
While I still believe the meaning of the word
I'll keep my dreams and just pretend
that you and I were never meant to end
Too many times I've seen the rose die on the vine
And somebody's heart gets broken,
Usually it's mine
I don't want to take the chance of being hurt again
And you and I can't say goodbye
So if you wake and find me gone
Hey babe, just carry on
You see I need my fantasy
I still believe it's best to leave while I'm in love
Too many times I've seen the rose die on the vine
And somebody's heart gets broken,
Usually it's mine
I don't want to take the chance of being hurt again
And you and I can't say goodbye
So if you wake and find me gone
Hey babe, just carry on
You see I need my fantasy
I still believe It's best to leave while I'm in love
I'd rather leave while I'm in love
アルバム"Let it be"の1曲目 "Two of us"(僕たち二人)。
Two of us riding nowhere
Spending someone's
Hard earned pay
You and me Sunday driving
Not arriving
On our way back home
We're on our way home
We're on our way home
We're going home
Two of us sending postcards
Writing letters
On my wall
You and me burning matches
Lifting latches
On our way back home
We're on our way home
We're on our way home
We're going home
You and I have memories
Longer than the road that stretches out ahead
The long and winding road"(僕ら二人、ずーっといっしょに山も谷も乗り越えてきたやん!
"I dig a Pygmy by Charles Hawtrey and the Deaf Aids...
Phase One in which Doris gets her oats."
I dig a Pygmyは、アルバムの次の曲が"Dig a pony"なので、その韻を踏んで即興で作った台詞でしょう。
